Nana

AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret

Intense juicy fruit from the old Grenache and vibrant freshness from the young Cinsault makes this a winning combination and a very drinkable wine.

Bright, lively and juicy…takes to cooling well.

Tasting Notes

A brilliant crimson colour with an expressive nose of small berries. The lively fruit on the palate is dense and vibrant with red cherries and black currents dominating. Tannins make a brief appearance at the very end. We serve this wine cool with barbecued food as it goes happily with anything grilled, smoked and spiced.

Note : 16,5/20
Bright transparent crimson with a very pale rim. Lively and juicy with the Cinsault element dominating to give a crunchy young, fruity wine that takes to cooling well. A fine summer drink? The alcohol is barely noticeable. Tannins hardly there until the very end but red-cherry fruit is the dominant character.

Note : 89/100
Côtes Du Rhône Villages Séguret Nana 2023 is half Cinsault and half Grenache, with 10% from 60-year-old vines. Black cherry, intense flowers, pepper and some spicy mineral notes make this a well-balanced wine, with fine tannins and a fine finish. An elegant, mineral Séguret to drink over the next 4-6 years.
